Female statuette holding a baby in her hands, belonging to the Anatolian Neolithic (VI millennium B.C.) and now in the Archaeological Museum, Ankara, Turkey. It is one of the oldest representations of maternity, an attribute which subsequently shall be found with the Egyptian goddess Isis and with the Virgin Mary.
